Radiant Diamond Consulting provides business advice and valuation services to the diamond industry and other industries using its extensive experience, including significant senior management experience. This, has enabled building an excellent network of trade contacts internationally including dealers, retailers, and manufacturers, mining companies, brokers, trade bodies and Government Ministers.

The ethos and values of the company are built around providing exceptional bespoke services for clients by building relationships and truly understanding our client’s needs. We have a high proportion of clients we have been working with for many years and have built excellent relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

We not only provide practical solutions for our clients we work with them to ensure that these solutions are implemented. We take great pride in working with our clients to provide strategic success and helping them build their businesses.

Alastair Garner

Managing Director Alastair Garner has a career in the Diamond industry spanning over 20 years in varied management roles including several years with DeBeers, one of the world’s premier diamond mining and marketing companies. He is well respected within the industry, not only for his expertise but also for his honesty and integrity, forming many excellent relationships and always going the extra mile to assist clients.

Achievements include:
  • Heading up a successful Diamond Consultancy Firm.
  • Experience in all management disciplines including strategic management, marketing, relationship management and financial management.
  • Analysis, formulation and implementation of corporate strategy to meet changing political and market environments.
  • Meeting tight deadlines by improving efficiency, planning and staff motivation.
  • Increased turnover and profitably through improved commercial strategy and closing multi million pound negotiations.
  • Key Account management using excellent relationship building skills to manage high profile clients.
  • Using cultural sensitivity and relationship building skills to manage clients and staff across the globe.
  • Managing strategic projects, gaining valuable project management skills.

With over 30 years’ experience, Anne-Marie Reeves also worked for the De Beers Group and brings a wealth of knowledge of the diamond jewellery industry, particularly specialising marketing within the UK, but with a network of professional contacts worldwide. A particular interest in jewellery design, trends, distribution networks, marketing tools and staff training, adds a different dimension to the team.
